This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor (NB there is no lift) of a 16th century heritage building and offers modern appliances and everything you need to enjoy your stay in this majestic city.

Recently renovated, the apartment boasts a state of the art kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator and a full range of cooking utensils. The large sitting/dining room is attractively furnished with a leather sofa, dining table for six, CD player, DVD player and LCD TV (including satellite).

The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a king size bed, lots of wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom, and overlooks the beautiful street (calle) and canal below. The second bedroom has two single beds and a desk and great storage space.

There is also a second bathroom, with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Overall, a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location.

• Once full payment is received, the owners will send you an information kit on the apartment and their recommendations for restaurants, cafes, wine bars, markets, etc.
• You will be met by Christine, the manager for the apartment. She charges Euro35 to meet and take you to the apartment and to show you how everything works.
• Cleaning - Euro35; Sheets and Towels - Euro12 p/p. (NB These fees are paid directly to Christine when you meet her on site).

Location

Located in Cannaregio, seven minutes walk from the railway station, this beautiful two-bedroom apartment is in a quiet part of Venice full of atmosphere. Fifteen minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto, it is also far enough removed from the tourist crowds to make you feel like a local, with many restaurants, cafes, wine bars, shops and a fresh produce market just around the corner.
