Casa Celestino offers all the conveniences of modern day living whilst embracing its old world charm, including such features as the original beamed ceilings, doors, shutters, polished cotto floors and stone staircase. The interior has been elegantly designed combining antique and modern furniture throughout for comfort, with generous living areas and spacious bedrooms with large bathrooms. Casa Celestino is the perfect Italian retreat for four couples or two families.

Ground floor:
Comprises a large spacious living room and dining-room with open fireplace, library with original chestnut manger, powder room, a well equipped designer kitchen, designed and built by Linea Quattro, a separate fully equipped laundry and utility room. A traditional butlers pantry with marble sink and bar area opens onto the loggia.

First floor:
Comprises an office with an open fireplace and a quiet sitting area plus two large and airy double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own dressing room.

Second floor:
Once the former granary, this area has been converted to two large twin-bedded rooms sharing a spacious bathroom with a large clawfooted bath and a separate shower.

Outside: the covered loggia with large stone dining table and separate seating is perfect for alfresco dining in the summer and has stunning sweeping views across the valley to three hilltop towns. There is also a covered barbecue area with additional seating. This area leads to the 5 x 10 metre pool surrounded by a terrace of travertine marble and laurel hedges. There is an ample supply of sun beds and chairs as well as shade provided by a large Italian market umbrella.

Casa Celestino is surrounded by more than an acre of lawns, olives and landscaped gardens. It is a fully fenced property with automatic gates.

Rental period: Saturday to Saturday unless by prior arrangement.

• June to September and Easter: Euro € 2500 per week.
• All other months: Euro € 2000 per week.
• Price includes water, electricity, gas*, all linen, cleaning, pool service and change of linen once per week.

• Maximum of 8 people.
• Casa Celestino is a non-smoking house.

Location

Casa Celestino is situated 45 minutes from Ancona Airport, three hours by car from Rome. Major cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi and Bologna are all within reach for day trips. The property is 15 minutes from the beach, 45 minutes from the mountains and only 15 minutes from Civitanova Marche with its large Saturday Market.
