The first floor of the house contains all the bedrooms with 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and one bedroom with single bunk beds. Basement:
Provides games room equipment including table soccer and a ping-pong/table tennis table and is a perfect area for keeping children occupied (when they're not swimming in the heated pool).

A fifth bedroom (double) and bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the garage apartment which is ideal for the grandparents wanting to escape the noise!

Location
The house is located in the North of the Lot region, close to the Dordogne and Southern Correze. It is a wonderful area, near many beautiful villages and the Dordogne River. The house is 1.5 km from the nearest town with facilities, (Les Quatre Routes du Lot), 5km from Meyssac, and 10km from Martel. You will find many of France's most beautiful villages within an hours drive of the house.
